Negative ions improve the quality of your sleep!

On June 30, 2022, the Health Control Research Group conducted a "Sleep Quality Test" using the desktop negative ion generator "AEON JOY." The results showed that "non-REM sleep" improved by 32.4% compared to when AEON JOY was not being used.

"Non-REM sleep" is a state in which both the brain and body are soundly asleep, and the key to improving the quality of sleep lies in "non-REM sleep." Negative ions enhance the activity of the parasympathetic nervous system, creating a relaxed state, allowing for deep sleep.

It is said that during non-REM sleep, amyloid beta, which is believed to be the cause of Alzheimer's disease, is excreted from the body.
This experiment suggested that sleeping in a negative ion environment can be expected to improve sleep quality (increase in non-REM sleep) and may have an effect on amyloid beta.
