Consumer Affairs Agency issues order for action against Daisaku Shoji and Ito-Yokado under the Act Against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations

Daisaku Shoji Ltd. and Ito-Yokado Co., Ltd., who sell the Pure Supply necklace-style air purifier, were issued with administrative penalties by the Consumer Affairs Agency on February 3, 2022. The products we sell, the IONION Series and ION JOY, have nothing to do with the products that were subject to this administrative penalty, and we do not use any labels, such as “removes viruses” or “removes airborne substances around the face,” that may agitate consumers.

Further, the IONION series has sold 900,000 units in the 20 years since its launch, and we have received many comments of delight from customers who have purchased these products, and we are proud to say that they are products that our customers love.

We would like to encourage our distributors who are selling our products to continue to do so without any concern.

Thank you for your continued support.
